Every 24mm Alva Bluetooth Wearable Breast Pump includes 6 free flange inserts — 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm — so you can find your perfect fit.

For the most comfortable and effective pumping experience, choose a flange size that is 2-4mm larger than your nipple measurement. Here’s a simple guide:

• 11mm nipple size → Recommended flange: 13mm or 15mm
  
  

• 15mm nipple size → Recommended flange: 17mm or 19mm
  
  

• 20mm nipple size → Recommended flange: 24mm
