90-Day Risk-Free Trial for Grounding Products

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our grounding products. To help you shop with confidence, we are excited to offer a 90-day risk-free trial on all our grounding products.

Risk-Free Trial Period: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to try out our grounding products. 

We believe in the long-term benefits of grounding and want you to experience the full potential of our products. While some customers notice immediate effects, others may require more time for their bodies to adjust and reap the full benefits. To ensure you get the most out of your purchase, we kindly request that you:

  1. Test your outlet to ensure it is appropriately earthed.
  2. Use the product consistently for at least 60 days before considering a return.

This 60-day period allows:

  1. Your body to fully acclimate to the grounding effects.
  2. Potential gradual improvements in sleep, energy, and overall well-being to manifest.
  3. A fair assessment of the product's impact on your daily life.

We're confident that with consistent use, you'll experience the positive effects of grounding. However, if after trying our product for 60 days you are not completely satisfied, our return policy remains in effect, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Returns & Refunds

If after 60 days of consistent use you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within the 90-day trial period.

  • Used grounding products are eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price. This restocking fee covers handling, inspection, and the loss of resale potential due to hygiene standards.
  • Unused grounding products in original, unopened packaging can be returned for a full refund.

Shipping charges for returned products are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered by our free shipping policy. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Change of Mind / Exchanges: For change of mind or exchanges, please contact us within the 90-day money-back period. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind after the 90-day period has elapsed.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, only unused/unopened products can be accepted for change of mind/exchange.

Free gifts: If your purchase included a free gift as part of a promotion, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition along with the main product to qualify for a refund. If the free gift is not returned in its original, unused condition, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund. This ensures fairness and consistency with the terms of the promotion.

For health and legal reasons, used grounding products returned to us can not be resold. Despite our best efforts, the return process is harmful to the environment. Please consider giving your grounding product to a friend, relative or pet to prevent waste.
