It took me a long time to buy a grounding sheet , I thought about it for so long, I have many aches and pains and I did not believe it would work. I was pleasantly surprised, actually the first morning I woke up and could not believe that I had hardly any aches in my legs . It really makes a big difference, my husband loves it too and we both sleep better . I wish we had bought one sooner . The sheet is just like a regular cotton fitted sheet which I like .

I was skeptical but after only 1 night I’ve started to sing its praises! Honestly don’t have the aches & pains especially through my hips & legs, I feel I’m more rested in the morning & am definitely not waking as much overnight. Amazing 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I've had my sheet about a month now very happy. When I saw the FB ads there are heaps for grounding sheets I did my research they wasn't a lot and the more I looked the more I doubted if they work. Next I decided to buy anyway as there were cheap ones ate $69 and I thought if it doesn't' work not much lost. Then I realised the part cover sheets would eventually move around so I looked at full fitted sheets I found Jemnicare site good as I put a comment on and it was answered very quickly as they were Australian stock I bought it from them as I'm sick of the BS express post from China taking 3-4 weeks. Bought a sheet put it on and I was amazed the next morning I had almost no back pain and I slept well. I have joint pain hips, shoulders all pain has reduced additionally I was having to get 5-6 times a night to urinate and that has gone down to 2-3. I'm not saying it cures problems but without doubt it works in reducing, BTW I took it off to wash and left it off for 2 nights second night the morning pain returned. This is a genuine review not encouraged or paid for, I highly recommend Jemnicare .

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. I used this oil twice a day from the beginning of my second trimester until the very end when I gave birth at 40w5d. These photos are me at 38 weeks and then at 7 months postpartum. Not a single stretchmark! My belly skin feels just like it did pre-pregnancy. I'm so happy with how my skin's elasticity held up throughout pregnancy. I'll 100% be using this oil again during my next pregnancy.
I was initially sceptical about this and wasn't sure that I would get any benefits out of it, but I'm so impressed by the effects its had on me, my husband and my baby that I just had to write a review.
We bedshare with our baby so she just happens to be touching the sheet during the night as well, and honestly all 3 of us are sleeping so well! Our baby barely moves throughout the night and seems to sleep so much more soundly. For any bedsharing parents reading this, I highly recommend this sheet to help with baby's sleep quality (which in turn should give you better sleep too)!
Both my husband and I wake up with energy, where before, we (husband especially) woke up feeling groggy.
My husband's slipped disc pain that he had daily for 3 years also miraculously disappeared after sleeping on this sheet! Full disclaimer though that this was not an overnight process, his pain gradually reduced each day over about 2 months from starting the grounding sheet use, but it's been about 7 months now of sleeping on the sheet and his pain has not returned!
There have been a few times I've been lazy to put the grounding sheet back on after washing it and we end up sleeping a week or more without it, and we really notice the difference in our sleep quality.
It makes sense that sleeping on the earth would be much better for our wellbeing than sleeping on man-made artificial structures, but even with this knowledge I'm still in disbelief that the grounding sheet has worked so well.
I cannot recommend this grounding sheet highly enough—it has truly been life-changing! As a light sleeper, I used to wake up multiple times during the night, but ever since I started using this, I’ve been sleeping through the night without any interruptions. The difference in my sleep quality is unbelievable.
Not only has it helped me, but it’s also made a huge impact on my partner. He used to toss and turn quite a bit, and his snoring was a constant challenge. Since using the grounding sheet, his restlessness has significantly reduced, and the snoring has practically disappeared. It’s amazing how such a simple change has brought us both so much relief.
The results have been far beyond what I could have imagined—this has been one of the best investments for our health and well-being!
